Hello! I’ve gone through your reports. Your SGPT (93), SGOT (49), and especially GGT (381) are elevated. These point to mild liver inflammation or stress, and GGT is particularly sensitive to alcohol, high-fat diets, or even certain medications. Your triglycerides are also high (182), which often goes hand-in-hand with fatty liver, even in non-obese individuals. Though you’re not overweight, occasional alcohol and possible metabolic factors (like insulin resistance) could be contributing.
Next Steps
What I suggest 1. Ultrasound abdomen – to check for fatty liver or any structural changes. 2. Repeat LFT & lipid profile after 4–6 weeks. 3. Strictly reduce/stop alcohol for now – even occasional use can keep GGT elevated. 4. Lifestyle changes: • Balanced, low-fat diet (avoid fried/junk/sugary foods) • Regular exercise – at least 30 mins brisk walking or cardio • Avoid unnecessary supplements or self-medication 5. Test HbA1c, TSH if not done recently – to check for hidden metabolic issues.
Health Tips
This is very manageable and reversible in many cases with lifestyle correction. Let’s track your progress and adjust treatment if needed after follow-up reports. Connect for detail plan and some liver protecting medication

To support liver health and normalize liver enzymes, focus on a balanced diet rich in leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, berries, fatty fish, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and lean proteins, while limiting or avoiding processed meats, sugary drinks and foods, refined carbohydrates, fried foods, and alcohol.

Thanks for reaching out. While your BMI is within a normal range, and alcohol use is occasional, your lab profile, particularly the elevated GGT-suggests hepatic stress or some obstruction in the bile duct.
Next Steps
U can go for: Abdominal ultrasound to assess for fatty liver or biliary issues. Liver function panel with ALP, bilirubin, albumin, INR to assess hepatic synthetic function. Screening for viral hepatitis (HBsAg, anti-HCV). Fasting blood sugar, post prandial blood sugar, HbA1c, and complete lipid profile. Review any medications or supplements used recently.
Health Tips
In the meantime, I recommend a low-carb, balanced diet, regular aerobic exercise or yoga, and avoidance of alcohol to support liver health. Feel free to reach out for more personalised consultation to restore health to its optimal level using holistic care approaches.
