Sgpt61 and sgot 63
I have done my LFT...my sgpt 61 and sgot 63, bilirubin is normal, I am taking orvas 10 for last 3 months and I drink 3 times a month. Kindly advise.. Is it dangerous

Liver enzymes are not that much raised nothing to worry It should be used cautiously when any active liver disease is going or on with excessive drinking. When to worry if there is body pain muscle pain not relieving after painkillers Side effect is majorly GI discomfort and it causes body pain If you are just worrying about lft and nothing to be done for now Just for now you can do only one thing which be best Exercise daily and eat healthy just stay healthy

Liver enzyme levels are slightly raised.Could be due to fatty liver.Do a abdominal ultrasound, reduce oily food avoiding alcohol and change your lifestyle including physical exercise to lose weight.

Just relax,try to quit drinking.As you got urticaria,alcohol aggravates urticaria.Quiting alcohol might benefit you from urticaria too.Further the dose of antihistamines can also be decreased.

Yes it is abnormal.  Stop alcohol, take fat free meals, small frequent meals,  do regular physical exercise. consult your treating doctor regarding continuing  Orvas.

Just deranged.  Yet Change life style n diet plan drastically. Try to quite alcohol  as this will increase  sgot sgpt very fast. Tab liv 52 one at night for 1 month a liver tonic.

Nothing to worry as of now Any recent infection like fever? Are u hypertensive/diabetic If willing kindly do usg abdomen and pelvis Kindly share ur cholesterol report

Follow up after 1 month with lft reports. If you are having any signficant gastric symptoms like lack of apetite, nauses, vomiting or , pain in abdomen u might want to repeat blood tests
