Flu

Pain started in my medial ankle and later swelling also developed. This causes pain while walking and also swelling after a walk. This is there from last 2 weeks. Only at medial ankle I see swelling is because of fluid type and a dent appears when I press on it. I have uric acid problem which caused pains in other areas in the past. I am taking febuxostat from last 1 week along with the pain killers. During medication I feel better but again doesnot allow me to walk for long. X ray of ankle is normal. LFT and RFT also normal. RA factor is also normal. Can high uric acid cause this type of pain and how long generally it takes to heal? Can it also cause dent in swelling when pressed? Please advise
