There is continuous dry cough and blocked nose from morning actually day before yesterday started with cold so took vicks action 500 day before night and then again yesterday afternoon now no cold but dry cough and blocked nose

BP level is ok? or any suggestions or any medicines blood test required..pls give reply doctor.

I had taken a tetanus booster dose on wednesday evening as my scheduled vaccine on my left upper arm. After that there was some pain which subsided in the morning. But unfortunately I dashed into a steel rod lightly and from then there has been pain just beside the injection point since yesterday afternoon. I am having intense anxiety- my heart is pounding, my foot steps are shaking, head spinning, nausea, left arm pain- all started when i got informed today morning that my remote work from home job is now suspended because the client lost his website I have some issues and I believe that I won't be able to find a job elsewhere. Can I use Chlorine tablets like Aquapura to purify water in my overhead tank? Is it safe for daily use or should we use one tablet every alternate day? We won't be drinking it because we drink from Kent RO purifier. But I read somewhere chlorine can read with impurities in water and can go carcinogenic products. Will the treated water be safe for bathing, washing clothes and all. For washing face I have installed a UF filter under the basin. Kindly advise.

Hi, My mother is 64 years old, and having very high fever, joint pain esp knees and hip ,mouth ulcers and throat pain since 4 days. We did a dengue test today. Need help interpreting whether it is dengue positive or potentially another viral infection. 14 days before I was suffered from vomiting and loose motion so I have admitted in hospital and iv was given..before tat my daughter suffered from the same problem .. after 7 days of medicine also again I got loose motion and stomach pain.. so they gave bifilac and pan40 and also one syrup.. now it's been 14days.. still in having stomach pain .. and also something disturbing sound in my stomach and food pipe and also paining.. whatever I eat I'm getting pain.. and also feel like to go toilet..from the chest to abdomen I'm getting pain.. I don't know what to eat and how to get rid off it .. and also often in getting headache.. i always feel dizzy, and tired .. pls suggest what to do now
