This has happened 3 times. Once I ate spicy thing at night and midnight I got up to urinate and then had pain in stomach which kept increasing and then everything started revolving around my eyes and fell down not fully unconscious. Then I was travelling to home in ferry in morning did not eat much and drink much water, I slept while sitting bending my head ahead then then got up having feeling of vomit after almost 1 hr didn't vomit but that dizzy feeling came again but not that strong, then third time again I did not eat much in night but ate before boarding flight, again in flight I slept by head bending ahead and had same feeling of vomit and then everything started revolving around my eyes and continued for nearly 5 minutes slowly diminishing after I had some sugar. This happened in span of 2 months. What it could be? Please help
