Hi I'm 28 F. For the past 8 months I have been eating clean and exercising at least 5 days a week. I have restricted my eating habits a lot and have controlled food intake and stopped junk food completely. But haven't seen proportionate results. I am 153 cms and 67.5 kgs currently. Came down from 75kgs to 63 in April beginning. However For the past 1.5 months my weight has been increasing inspite of continuing the same diet and exercise. Fasting glucose- 78.63 mg/dL Insulin PP- 61.95 μu/mL Insulin fasting- 1.52 μu/mL Thyroglobulin antibodies- 26.22 iu/mL I am looking for an open minded doctor who is willing to prescribe weight loss medicines(semaglutide/ozempic). Please let me know if one is willing to prescribe, I'll do a consultations.

From yesterday I'm having watery stools 6 to 7 times and also sour burps and stomach pain wat it means if I eat anything I'm going to bathroom wats the reason

She had experienced mild shivering and chills,fever,warm eyes and joint pain along with less than a drop of bright red blood on tissue, twice while wiping, post using the loo yesterday. Today she has a tinge of pain, on and off, at the end of the rectum along with chills, joint pain and 2-3 drops of bright red blood in poop. She does not have pain while pooping nor otherwise but she complained of a tinge of pain yesterday in her pelvic area too. What could it be and should we see a doctor already?

During a routine checkup with my physician. She ordered few blood test. One of the test prolactin shows I have high prolactin level of 64 ng/ml. I have few symptoms of headache and feel low energy. Give some steps and diet plan to low this prolactin level down to normal. I am a female 17 years age and overweight(71 kg). I am attaching my prolactin level report.

My father's age is 66+ years and I have attached his every day blood pressure monitoring for almost a week. Mostly the BP in the week is normal but today he complained of some gas from eating lunch and in the evening himself asked to check the BP because he thought his Bp might be low. It turned out to be 138/80. Does he need a BP medication? Usually his BP is normal (please see attached images) He is currently on Nexito Plus Escitalopram 5mg + Clonazepam 0.5mg
