When i sit too pass my stool then after urination red fresh  blood is coming whenever i use pressure, i am noticing since a month but i was waiting to be cured automatically by body mechanism to repair it . I have no sex history, no mastrubation, no burning sensation or any other symptoms. sometimes when I urinate normally then also little bit blood comes from inside the penis with urine  . Please suggest I am student 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I am little bit anoxious why it is happening. Is it serious or normal . Please suggest how it will go .

Hello doctor I was diagnosed with typhoid and I have done antibiotics meditation course of 7 days and injection twice a day course of 5 days but still I have a lot of weakness and there is loss of appetite... I have continued leg pain which is below the knee and to the feet. Also I feel sleepy all throughout the day. my sleep hours are mostly 7 to 8 hours a day.

Doctor, I have issue of cervical spondylysis and hypothyroidism (under medication-100 mg), encountered episodes of shaking of entire body internally all day and too much body weakness. This happened for month or so in 2023 and it had started again since 15 days, body is shaking involuntarily from inside. No control, I am troubled a lot with this. Not able to focus on anything. I am in defence, don't get much rest and all but even if I am at home on leave, then also it's continuously happening. Got T3,T4 TSH done, normal and last year got MRI brain done,was normal. All vitamins test, were on lower side like VIT D was around 11-12. Slowly slowly that problem resolved within a span of month and a half, again past 15 days it has started and troubling me a lot. Please help
