I got a small cut in my foot sole about 2 cm A little blood came out Do i need to take tetanus shot as i already got the vaccine shot 3 months ago But the doctor said it works oy for 2 months Is it true? Please clarify

I have been having pain after urinating for 2 weeks. I took antibiotics for 1 week and my pain didn't subside. So last week I took a urine routine and culture test. Reports are negative. But my pain hasn't subsided. When I have an urge to urinate, the pain is more. After urinating, for sometime there is no pain, but then again I experience burning sensation/uncomfortable feeling throughout the day. I am  having fungal infection in my private part since 2 years. It is chronic, not going away. I am worried what could be the cause for this pain. Kindly advise

My PDW in cbc is showing 29 (normal upto 17) and MPV is 13.2 RDW is 15.1 (normal upto 14) What to do next Was facing pain in chest area today so conudcted the test. Did ecg which is normal I also have pain sometimes  in right abdoben. Have conducted ultrasound also which is normal other than fatty liver.
