After Dengue my son is having low pulse rate of 47-55 is it ok he was having high fever for 5 days

Hello doctors, he has been feeling vertigo since this morning. It only happens when he lies flat or on sides, but not when he lie in the opposite position. He has taken DSR medication, but it hasn’t helped. Could this be related to a nerve issue or something to do with gas?

Since a few days I am having mild left calf pain sometimes it travels to my thigh and feels tight. Not always. Even have pain left side under my breast which travels to my upper back. I have vitamin B 12 deficiency . Do deficiency lead to memory problem . Because I am also suffering from memory problem .Should I take B12 supplements ?

Good evening doctors I tested positive to thyphoid last week so I got treatment for three days ceftrioxone injections was given after a day of this injections I woke up with a severe back pain but now injections is completed already I complained to doctor he said is maybe gas or I slept on a wrong side he gave some antacid and pain relief but no improvement if I bend my neck this pain keep persisting, I can't even get up properly because of the pain upper back pain especially am so worried is feeling like burning sensation inside

I recently got my vitamin B-12 level checked and it showed 207 pg/ml. Is it low? If yes then kindly suggest me some b-12 medicines with no side effects. It would be a huge help to me.

Dear doctor, I am having severe ulcer in my mouth and tongue. I had consulted dentists and general physician. Antibiotics, vitamin supplements and gel gave me little better. But the small lump under tongue is causing pain. Past 3 weeks I couldn't able to eat the normal food. Whenever I tried to eat some food or even biscuits or bread also give pain in both side of mouth with lesion. Please tell me the reason for this pain. And there are white patches in side of my tongue. Do I need to check further. I have no issues in digestion or any acid reflux.
