I am feeling high fever with body ache. Feeling less energy cold mild cough. Unwilling to eat. Headache

I am an 22 year old female. Last time I checked my BP it came to be 130 80. The physician and nurses didn't tell me anything about my BP or tell me that it was abnormal. Should I be worried?

Hi Doctor, I am having dry cough and sore throat from the recent weather changes. And my head is feeling heavy periodically. Started with runny nose which has stopped now. Is that that something be cured by Dabur Honitus Cough Syrup or recommend to start an antibiotic course?

Not having much cough and cold but little cough from sometime. Sometimes not always blood stains found in mucus from throat and from nose. No pain or irritation in nose or throat. Earlier had sinus issue that time used to get blood stains like this. Doctor told due to infection and got over in sometime. Now sinus is not there but sometimes blood stains visible
