Hi I have been suffering from giddiness and feel like floating sometimes even when I sleep. Sometimes I am sweating suddenly. And I am getting burps also when I am feeling giddy. Also I feel my head is moving.

I don't know why sometimes I feel like fainting and feel giddy in some or the other time in a day. Mostly feeling bloated also. I am unable to sleep properly with this feeling. I feel like I am floating during the sleep and wake up suddenly.

Frequently i am suffered with severe one side headache. Sometime left and sometimes right. What will be the issue for this

Does rabies spread during incubation period? Or does it only spread once it reaches the salivary glands?

I had dog bite 3 months back, which was rabid dog. After the exposure I took 5 vaccine, now my questions are- 1) why I feel always something stuck on my throat? 2) Why I always be anxious after vaccination? 3) My rabies antibody titre is 4 . I'm suffering from cold and sneezing alot I have montelukast l but my one year old baby sometimes breastfeed can I take the medicine without med my symptoms are not recovering or what med I can take other than momntelukast???

According to my blood report my TSH is 5.5 consulted my family doctor and its high but u don't need to take medicine for that. And that's a relief but like a idiot I was going through internet to match the symptoms. And again I am an idiot to even think this but symptoms do match. Like I had extensive hairfall in these last 2years I am bald and I am overweight my weight is 82 my height 5'7 and I feel cold all the time literally I have to wear sock plus 2pants my legs get very cold. I get confused sometime I can't focus on thing sometimes it gets hard to relate to a topic and all I diagnosed with depression. I know Google is not doctor and there could be other things that could affect those symptoms but I don't know what to do.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Bharti Bhardwaj, a 28-year-old girl. I have been experiencing pain in my temples and constant fatigue, as if I have no energy left. Additionally, I have been experiencing stomach pain, specifically two fingers above my navel. Two months ago, I was diagnosed with hepatitis. Two days ago, I had my Liver Function Test (LFT) done. While most parameters were normal, my SGOT was 61, and ALP was 116. I was feeling perfectly fine until four days ago, but since then, these symptoms have appeared. Could these issues be related to my previous hepatitis, or might there be another cause? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what might be wrong and any potential solutions.
