My haemoglobin is a little on the lower end of the recommended range at 13.2 (refer image). My glucose levels are fine.
Also, l occasionally feel lightheaded/dizzy for a few seconds specially after workouts (10-20 min duration) and experience chills even with sufficient warm clothing.
Are these indications of any mineral/vitamin deficiency? Should I get any other tests done?
