Hello. I am attaching since many months if I use tissue deep into my anus I can see blood stains. I feel heat and irritating in my anus after going motion every morning. Earlier when I am having while having motion it used to pain. Now after having motion it's starts irritating and pain. I am attaching pic. Kindly help please. Shall I use r13 or limit Any food. Please help
