Hi, Bplex forte tablet containing B and C vitamins. Anglo French pharma. I want to know if I can use it regularly ? For General energy. Previously I was using this tablet but stopped after covid times and was thinking of restarting. Please advise and tell

Kindly note that if you are on a balanced diet, you do not require unnecessary supplements. Also, kindly check the dose of Vitamin C and other components. Certain vitamins in high doses can have certain side effects. It is advisable to have more fruits and vegetables in diet. Check for deficiency and correct if any with a supplement.
