Can dolo 650 and meftal forte tablets take together at a time? Any problems doing so?

Please take either of them Meftal Forte contains Mefenamic Acid 500mg and Paracetamol 325mg.
Next Steps
Take Meftal forte twice daily with water immediately after food to avoid GI effects- viz., acidity, etc.
