Next Steps
To improve lipid profile reduce oil, ghee, butter intake and increase eating dry fruits as your HDL cholesterol is low and you need healthy cholesterol.
For liver function test you can have Liv 52 syrup 1 tsp twice a day to correct it.
As far as thyroid T4 is concerned I suggest you repead whole thyroid profile including T3,T4,TSH if that comes abnormal again we could start hyperthyroid medications.
Also a haemoglobin report would be good.
