Complete blood count abnormal
Hello Doctor, I have done blood test as per doctor advice my wbc count increased 13 + to 14 + from past report   and other few counts shows elevated, ESR also increased from 50 + to 100+ tested last week , no fever till only have cough and cold , no urine burning sensation. Getting body pain on back side from upper back and hip , in past test only ggt was 103 on previous test other LFT lest is normal have fatty liver and my weight is 65+ not over weigh. So urine culture and routine is pending , please let know what could be the issue . Before giving test I wake up early so is it cause of wbc increased or any other infection.

Urine infection q likely Could b renal / ureteric calculi too Do USG whole abdomen yo rule out any pathology
