Full body checkup tests result
Hi recently got my full body health checkup tests n few results have been troubling me :- Uric acid - 6.2mg/dl SGOT - 46 U/L SGOT - 98 U/L GGT - 38 U/L Vitamin D - 24.9 ng/ml My glucose fasting came 98 & the range is 70-99. I'm currently weighing 67.2kg & height is 5"2. I'm trying to be consistent with exercise but also dealing with neck pain. How can I improve this result? Specially vitamin D value. It's low n now I understand why I was facing muscle spasm n muscle pain in my left leg and muscle weakness in my lower back.

You can improve the result by consulting a General Physician in your area for a physical examination, analysis of all the reports available (not only the reports which you feel are important) . It may help.

Provided information is insufficient. Your liver enzymes are slightly elevated. FBS is okay. Did u get Hba1c done? Do you have any comorbidities like diabetes, hypothyroidism or PCOS? It's better if you consult a physician in person and also get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out fatty liver. For the Vitamin D deficiency you can take supplements. Cap D-Rise 60k units One capsule every Sunday after breakfast for eight weeks and then continue taking it once per month for another six months.
Next Steps
Further evaluation and supplements.
