Hi recently got my full body health checkup tests n few results have been troubling me :-
Uric acid - 6.2mg/dl
SGOT - 46 U/L
SGOT - 98 U/L
GGT - 38 U/L
Vitamin D - 24.9 ng/ml
My glucose fasting came 98 & the range is 70-99.
I'm currently weighing 67.2kg & height is 5"2.
I'm trying to be consistent with exercise but also dealing with neck pain.
How can I improve this result? Specially vitamin D value. It's low n now I understand why I was facing muscle spasm n muscle pain in my left leg and muscle weakness in my lower back.
