Hello, I've had a cold for the past one and a half weeks, and I'm experiencing weakness as well. I underwent a full-body test, and my urine test showed the presence of bacteria. Additionally, I have low vitamin D levels. Could these be the reasons for my cold? I'm extremely frustrated with this prolonged illness. Could you please offer some advice?

Cold not at all related to vITD3, it's season change every one enjoy cold things, AC, over that a festival HOLI.
TAB MONTEK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.

URISPAS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.
PLENTY OF WATER N LIQUID LAMONADE ELECTRAL BUTTER MILK IN NORMAL ROOM TEMPERATURE.
TO INCREASE OUTPUT OF URINE SO GET RID OF BACTERIA.
If you mean running nose by "cold" then it's not due to low vit D levels or bacteria in Urine.
Get other blood tests done e.g. CBC, Serum Thyroid profile.
If you have no increaesd frequency of urination or burning sensation while passing urine then bacteria in urine is not significant.
Just take 2.5 - 3 liters of water daily.
Also, take Vit D supplements or multivitamin supplements.
