It's due to constipation overload rectum. Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days.
DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night.

This might be due to constipation and exertion . Don’t apply pressure. Take syrup lactulose 15ml at night. If having pain , apply lignocaine gel at anal part before and after going to washroom . Drink plenty of fluids.
