Mild Fever for 2 days, today also vomit

Asked for Male, 23 Years

23 years male, Having mild Fever for 2 days. Today also vomited 2-3 times in day time. Feeling slightly weakness. Took Crocin tab 1 yesterday night and 1 today morning. Combiflam tab 1 only yesterday due to headache. Staying in Dwarka Sec 17 near GGS IP University area.

Hi, Fever could be due to various causes, currently in Delhi viral fever cases are more common. So I suggest you to take plenty of oral fluids ORS and soft diet. Continue Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, avoid combiflam., Cap. Pantocid DSR 1 cap before breakfast. Get these investigations like complete blood count and Dengue NS1 antigen and malaria antigen test. If you may share more details about , would be able to advice you better.
