My mother had pain in her right ankle from 6 months but few days ago while walking she twisted her ankle so dr recommend her for right ankle x-ray. So the reports shows no fracture but it shows spurs in right calcaneum she has throbing pain so what are the next steps to relief her pain and what are the tips and exercise for her. Plzz recommend urgently. Her age is 44 She has arthritis. I am attaching her x ray report

I been doing HIV test every month. I noticed that the value is increasing from 0.09 to 0.11 to 0.12. Why is the value increasing? What doess this value signify?

Whyle my medical checkup it is found that my Hb and RBC counts were higher than required limit. So doctor asked to do electrophoresis test to know about in detail. She told me to do this test to confirm some gene presence in my blood, which may cause some issues to my next generation. So attached is the test report and i want to know the result. Hb RBC & RDW is high as per the report. Is there any diagnosed condition.?

Please suggest overall
