Flu

For 3 days, fever has been on around afternoon and night time. Usually temperature is around 99-100©. A lot of coughing with phelm, and body ache. One more point to note, She is not from India and just landed 3 days ago.

Plz suggest me what to do for feeling uneasy, dizzy, dry mouth and feeling of heart sinking or falling down.. When i go out of my room i feel as if i cant balance, my heart cant pump blood n i will collapse. Spo2 i check regularly n its between 96-99 mostly.. had a normal ekg n echo 3 weeks ago.. cbc, liver also fine Can u find out what causes all this? My name is Raju, Sir, I am afraid of illness, BP means fear, why is it that someone in our office got BP, then I got scared, where will it happen to me, there is a kind of fear in the mind of BP. Then there is a lot of fear while doing the BP        checkIt seemed that this would happen to me too, BP was 160/90 then. I said to the doctor I was scared very scared sir he said then your BP is normal but still I feel scared thinking about it checking on google watching youtube video thinking about BP why scared what is the reason, i was purchase bp machine, when i go to check bp i got fear and strees, no any symptoms am well good but this phobia get incress bp when i will not think my maind normal, i dont know why feeling like this, illeness phobia any treatments

I had severe indigestion a few days back due to which I had excess vomiting for 4-5 days. Now the indigestion is cured and vomiting is under control. But I am experiencing dizziness a few times a day... feeling as if everything is spinning...for few seconds then it stops... When that spinning feeling happens there is also a wave of nausea feeling that comes...then it goes away... I have never had this before in my life... experiencing this post my indigestion and excess vomiting... What could be the cause and how to mitigate this?

Please suggest me good supplements of iron with b vitamins and other necessary vitamins. Actually I am feeling weakness and my blood report shows low haemoglobin and iron.

I am previously vaccinated with abhayrub with 3 doses that is 2 months before and also I had a full course vaccination 12 years ago(I don't remember which company)… a sick dog sneezed in my face few days before and licked in my thumb by accident but there wasn't any cuts in my finger the dog now eats less and looks really sick… I am not sure it has rabies or not but it is sick and may have rabies but it is still alive after 15 days of the exposure… and also I haven't taken immunoglobulin before that is while receiving 3 doses before… i wanted to know for the sick dog sneeze in my face  and lick after 2 months of 3 doses vaccination… do I still need vaccine again for safety or not needed because the dog is sick… please reply
