Hello doctor, I am facing a problem in sleeping for the last few weeks,sometimes my face looks so puffy in the morning what can be the reason for this and how can I manage this ?? Pls respond asap.

Im experiencing recurrent sore throat that comes and goes. I went to the doctor and did two course of antibiotics which made the symptoms subside. However i live in a colder region (near shimla) and when i had to travel to delhi i had to drink cold drinks due to such hot conditions. As i returned back i immediately felt a sore throat again after sleeping. I have no mucus with no other issues. What should i do now? Thanks
