I am suffering with postnataldrip
39 years female suffering with postnataldrip with left side upper and lower jaw gum tooth pain, left ear pain and mild cold like symptoms, there is no throat pain,no cough. Please prescribe medicines, can i use antibiotics for this?

Madam, it is likely due to sinusitis, either viral, bacterial or allergic. better to consult an ENT spl for evaluation and proper treatment. if viral infection antibiotics are not required.

Antibiotic • Amoxicillin-Clavulanate 625 mg twice daily for 7-10 days • If allergic to penicillin: Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 days 2. Nasal Decongestant: • Oxymetazoline nasal spray 2 sprays per nostril twice daily for 3 days (Do not exceed 3 days to avoid rebound congestion) 3. Antihistamine (if allergy-related): • Levocetirizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime 4. Pain and Fever Relief: • Paracetamol 500 mg every 6-8 hours as needed 5. Saline Nasal Irrigation: • Use a saline spray or rinse (e.g., Neti pot) twice daily 6. Steam Inhalation: • Inhale steam with menthol or eucalyptus 2-3 times a day 7. Hydration & Rest: • Drink plenty of fluids and get adequate rest

Augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for seven days.montek LC ONE at night for five to seven days. Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times a day for 5-7 days.

Due to sinusitis.you cann use citriziene, paracetamol,otrivin nasal spray,salt water gargling, steam inhalation ,drink warm fluids, avoid cool. Drinks,if swelling, tooth pain persistent ggo to dental care.fever for 10 days start antibiotics..ear discharge and pain consult ent doctor.
