I have experienced hair fall from the time I have started my diet I skipped breakfast and snacks so because of that I don't get proper nutritions Please suggest me some medicines for that

From last one month i am experiencing dizziness, and some time heart rate is increasing and i can hear my heartbeat. And occasionally I experienced sweating and at the same time my body is getting cool.
