I don't know whether it has been self medication so far or you have been seen by any Clinician.  I don't know whether any other investigations have been done or not.

Hello, Based on your symptoms and urine culture report showing E. coli growth, it seems you are on the right antibiotics (Lokiflox 500). The frequency of urination and associated fever or chills might indicate that the infection is still resolving. Complete the full course of antibiotics as prescribed, and make sure you stay hydrated. If symptoms persist after completing the course or worsen, a follow-up urine culture may be necessary to rule out antibiotic resistance or recurrence of the infection. Also, maintain good hygiene and avoid irritants. For a better evaluation and personalized treatment, feel free to reach out to me directly. You can contact me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care!

It's a notorious one could take time 7-8 months. You need urine complete n microscopic with culture and sensitivity. To which medicine u r sensitive when known you can treated by that medicine or multiple medicine, need lot of patience, as once my mother suffered with same she cured after eight months. Ok
