Dr. Please explain this reports This is my mother in law report she is 60 years old. And she also have cough and sometimes running nose .. and sometimes itchiness in her eyes and water in eyes .. Thank you in advance

Hi. My mother complains of pain over the left side around her rib region, particularly over the 10th and 11th rib she says and she says she has difficulty breathing due to pain it is not severe but i would rate it a 6 right now out of 10 i took her to the doctor he told us to take an x-ray we did and he said everything was okay just gave some medicines for 2 month and she was fine until then but recently she's started to have the same pain she find it difficult to sleep with that area pressed too you know like in side lying, so i was wondering which doctor to consult now. I'm really worried.

I am a 42 yrsold male ,78kgs, weight can I take Omega 3 fatty acid supplements? Is it beneficial?any other supplements that I shall take?

My wife has swelling in her left leg below knee for last two months. I have shown to physician and take medicine for one month. Slight improvement was observed. Still swelling persist. Please advice.

In June 2020, I  was doing absolutely normal. One day, bent down to rinse clothes in a bucket and started feeling breathless and had to straighten up. Since  then, breathlessness with any activity. 10 steps is all I can make. Walking, bathing, bending down or even extending the arm or raising the arm will lead to breathlessness. When breathlessness is severe, get pain around xiphoid which will subside after rest. Multiple chest x-rays, ECGs, echos, LFTs, KFT, BMPs normal. ABG, D-dimer, PFTs, serum cortisol were normal. Pulmonary as well as cardiac angiograms normal. One year back, started gasping for air when I wore innerwear or pants. From then, I can only wear a dhoti (no innerwear). Of late, get acute groin pain which radiates to inguinal area when I wear pants. Pain subsides after 1 week of no pants (only dhoti). CT abdomen & pelvis was normal. On Esomefol SL for GERD (have a hiatal hernia), Cetzine 5 mg for allergic rhinitis, Telma AM 40 at night for hypertension.

Hello respected doctors. Im heart patient (triple vessel block) & im taking medicine for that. Im diabetic also. 1 month ago sugar report is FBS 240 PPBS 344 HBA1C 8.1. Im taking METFORMIN 500 2 times , GP1 2 times & TENGLYNE 1 times for sugar from last 1 & half month. From today im feeling tiredness, excessive hunger, light dizziness. After lunch when I test myself in glucometer its show 56. my blood sugar drops. That I eat 2 gulab jamun after that my tiredness is gone. But now at night Im feeling same problem? Should I take more sugar or skip medicine?

Yesterday i was ok i have not any. Respiratory problems. Like any thing else But yesterday i eat refrigerator watermelon was too cold At night time i can not breathing properly i have no any chest pain not any thing. Else only difficulty in breathing Actually i am preparing for neet pg coming exms I dnt knw is this anxiety problem allergy problem muscle strain etc So could u plzzz help. Me

I recently got a cbc done and the report states that my lymphocyte is 43.9%. Is there anything to worry about? How can i bring it back to normal range?
