Your symptoms might be due to generalised anxiety disorder or Gastro esophageal reflux disorder :-
Try these life style modification:-
1. Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals: Avoid large meals that can trigger reflux.
2. Avoid Trigger Foods: Common triggers include spicy foods, citrus, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods.
3. Don’t Lie Down Immediately After Eating: Wait at least 2-3 hours before lying down or going to bed.
4. Elevate the Head of the Bed: Raise the bed’s head by 6-8 inches to prevent acid reflux during sleep.
5. Lose Weight: If overweight, losing even a small amount of weight can reduce GERD symptoms.
6. Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing: Tight clothes can increase pressure on the abdomen.
7. Quit Smoking: Smoking weakens the lower esophageal sphincter, worsening reflux.
8. Limit Alcohol: Alcohol can relax the lower esophageal sphincter and increase reflux.
9. Manage Stress: Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation to reduce stress, which can worsen GERD.
