Hello Dear. Is she having any comorbidity? Koi bimari hai ? Normally there is increase in heart beat during fever. But there might be other reasons as well. If she has an infection with fever and other symptoms she should have antibiotic for 5 days. It can be due to anxiety as well.
Next Steps
1. Deep breathing exercises
2. Tab PCM 650mg one tablet after meals three times a day at an interval of 8 hours for 5 days
3. Tab. Rabeprazole 20mg One tablet a day 30minutes before first meal for 5 days
4. Blood for TSH, FT3, FT4
