There are many many reasons why you can have a fast heartbeat. You shouldn't be asking openly on a platform, because a doc would need a lot more information than that, plus examination and evaluation also.
Consultation would be a better option.

I understand your concern. A fast heartbeat that comes on suddenly and lasts for two days should not be ignored. It can be due to stress, thyroid imbalance, anemia, dehydration, or sometimes heart rhythm problems. Since it is persisting and worsening at night, I strongly advise you to get checked in person as soon as possible. Please visit a nearby hospital or a physician for an ECG and evaluation at the earliest.
In the meantime, avoid tea/coffee, alcohol, smoking, and try to stay calm and hydrated. But don’t delay a physical check-up.

Hlo ma'am, aap jo symptom bta rahi ho-dil ki dhadkan tez chal rahi hai, raat me bhi badh jaati hai-ye ignore nahi karna chahiye. Iske kai common causes ho sakte hain jaise anxiety, thyroid problem, anemia, dehydration, high BP, ya heart rhythm (arrhythmia) issue.
Aapke liye advice:
Abhi apna BP aur pulse rate check karaiye.
Caffeine, tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking avoid karein.
Proper hydration rakhein aur neend puri lein.
• Agar saath me chest pain, ghabrahat, chakkar, pasina, saans phoolna ho to turant ER / cardiologist ko consult kre.
Otherwise, jaldi se jaldi ECG aur blood tests (thyroid, hemoglobin) karaiye.
Kyunki aapko ye 2 din se lagataar problem ho rahi hai, main strongly suggest karta hoon ki aap cardiologist se consult karein. Delay na karein.
I hope this helps u.thanku😊
