Hello , I am having some pricking pain or some kind needle shooting pain in feet whenever I put my leg on floor ... This happens only when leg is kept on floor and I don't feel any pain if I wear socks or shoes... One week before my another leg was facing pain or same pricking at the heel and the doctor told me that it had planter facities... Please guide me on this ..

My husband has random pain in his hands and bottom of the foot. We’ve noticed red spots on his bottom of the foot that are painful. He has also experienced this pain in his hands twice. We previously checked his uric acid and B12 levels; his uric acid was 7.9, and he took medication after consulting a doctor. He checked his uric acid again recently, and it is now normal. However, he is still experiencing this pain and redness in his feet and hands despite everything being normal. One physician diagnosed it as plantar fasciitis, but a neurologist suggested it might be vasculitis. We are doubtful about the vasculitis diagnosis. This pain usually occurs after going to the gym, and he was taking creatine earlier. What could it be?
