I'm experiencing muscle pain and weakness. My hands can't grip properly, and when I try to make a fist, it feels like there's no strength in my hands. I'm also getting muscle cramps, sometimes in my legs, sometimes in my arms, and sometimes in my hands. The pain and cramps can start anytime and anywhere, and they last throughout the day. It feels like my muscles are very weak. Please help

I've had this allergy for a long time. Whenever I eat cold foods or foods that are fried, I start feeling sick. It always begins with a runny nose, sneezing, throat problems, and sometimes ends up with a fever. I've been suffering from this allergy since childhood, but when I was younger, I didn't get sick whenever I ate fried or cold products. However, things have changed. Now I can't even eat a fried snack or ice cream. The worst thing is that I can't do any physical activities now. I keep getting sick whenever I engage in physical activities. If I run for about 100 meters or lift any weight, I end up feeling sick. I also get sick if exposed to the sun or rain. I can't even go out without an umbrella now. Besides the allergy, I also have thyroid issues. The last time I checked, my thyroid level was 10. Sometimes, I experience breathing issues. Whenever I do any physical activities, I feel something wrong with my heart, and I finally end up getting sick, which lasts for few days

Hi sir last week i was having pharangytis mild fever body aches throat was swollen went to dr.prescribed me antibiotics for 3 days zifi cv 200 PPI NASAL DROP PCM Now my symptoms are blocked nose head ache Acidity gas mild body pain Dr said stop the antibiotics now it's enough for 3 days i asked dr do i need any blood test Sir said no not required So I want to know do i need blood test for this symptoms My temp is 98.6 98.2 97.8 97.9 Do i need blood tests Is it possible to have denge typhoid any type of viral or bacterial infection with out fever Or no fever means that that indicates my immunity is low plz help me with ur valuable answer thanks

Due to use of new mattress, I have developed neck pain. Now I have stopped using that mattress. What kind of pillow can help in reducing pain. Specific advice is highly appreciated.

My left arm bp is 130/75 while right arm bp is 120/70 Is there any problem in this difference? I am on bp medicine coz at one point bp used to go till 150/100.. no secondary cause- everything ruled out- just obesity
