Vitamin D deficiency

Hello, I have checked my vitamin D levels 3 months back due to body pain, muscle ache and hair fall. It was 18.34 and was prescribed by doctor to take Uprise D3 tablet once per week for 4 weeks. Tablets have been taken 2 months back. After taking tablets I felt better and hairfall was reduced but recently I am facing more hairfall and muscle ache. Can I take Uprise D3 60k tablets once a week for 4 weeks again ? Or how long should I take to maintain my vitamin d levels.

Hemoglobin and pcv increase

Hi doctors I'm 24 yr old male. Never smoked. Never had alcohol. Did a routine testing in the year 2020 and found out haemoglobin was 18. Had no symptoms. Went to KEM hospital and they ordered phlebotomy thrice a week once. Post that after one month, again blood checkup ordered. Haemoglobin which had reduced to 14.7 post 3 phelobotomy had increased to 17. Doctor's ordered jak2 testing and epo level test. Jak2 test was negative and showed no findings. Epo levels were under limit - 11mIU/mL. Therefore, Bone marrow aspiration/biopsy ordered. One was tested in kem hospital and other was sent for Next generation sequencing for hematolymphoid malignancies (227 gene panel). Even there, both the tests showed no clinical findings. The tests showed negative for any pathogenic fusion. Is CYTOGENIC testing required to check for MPNs if next generation sequencing has shown no findings. Should I worry about this? Is this the vaccine side effect? hoping for a reply
