Iam non diabetic iam checked my sugars at evening. RBS :100 (80 - 160) HBA1C : 5.6 ( 4.0 - 6.0) The report are normal or not. Please suggest. Regards.

It is normal. Take fibre rich diet. Avoid refined carbohydrates and packed juices. Do regular exercise and yoga. Avoid stress.
