Recently I got tested for hba1c and rbs my hba1c is 6.3 and rbs is 118 should I take medicines for it I'm lightly on overweight side I'm attaching my report please go trough it

Your random glucose level is normal, hba1c is on pre diabetic.Get a fasting glucose level and lipid profile , thyroid function tests as well.At this time you don't need to take any medicines .Follow a good diet habit ,drink enough water and exercise for 30 minutes a day.
