Hi! If your symptoms are acute then try doing the following 1. Identify triggers (things you're allergic to) 2. Steam inhalation 3. Try OTC anti allergic medication (eg.lorafast or fexofenadine) once or at maximum twice a day usually at night 4. Avoid cold temperatures 5. Wear a mask
