Last July 2025 i did my haemoglobin count test which was 12.8 . Now after 9 months on 17 04.26  again i did a test of haemoglobin which i found to be 12.1 decreased than previous. My SGPT IS LOWER THAN SGOT AS MY SGOT IS 64 . PLEASE ADVISE

Today on 18 April I got a slight scratch from a stray cat . Now I have already completed my full course of Abhayrab vaccine i.e. 5 doses from 18 Feb to 18 Mar. The sratch though small in size about 2 cm, a minor bleeding is there. So now do I need to take doses again ? What doses do I need to take? How many doses do I need to take ? and if possible doctor what precautionary measures to take in future if I again get scratched. Thank you for your time.

I’m looking for some medical knowledge on why my body reacts so intensely to cold water? I have no problem drinking ice-cold water or washing my hands and feet, but if cold water touches my head, chest, or back, I immediately start shaking. My heart starts racing and I get this "gasping" feeling where I can’t catch my breath properly—even just a little cold water from a barber’s spray bottle triggers this heavy breathing. On the flip side, I handle heat really well; I take warm showers even in the middle of summer and don't really need a fan or AC when it's hot. I’d like to understand the reason behind this physical reaction and why my body's "shock" response is so extreme with skin contact even though I'm fine drinking cold liquids. So it about nervous systme? A phobia or something?
