Recently i do blood test found that total bilirubin is 2.0 and direct bilirubin is 0.35 it is normal?

I've a constant feel of right ear clogged , my ent got an impedance audiometry and it showed an A curve with normal stapedial reflex . He prescribed me anti-allergics and told me there's nothing to worry about tho I'm still concerned.

I am having cough from last 5-6 days. Having mucus as well. Medicine, I am taking is Syp. Brozdex Sf 3times Montair lc at sleep time. I am taking steam and doing gargle as well but from yesterday onwards seems my left ear seems to be blocked. Please advice...

For the past 1 day my mom is getting fever Its around 99.5 and 100 She is taking dolo 650 and after this the fever subside also she has pain in throat.. But as of now no pain in throat but fever along with body pain is there.. What should we do?

I have been diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency. I have been prescribed uprise D3 6 L injection 1 for 5 weeks and CCM tablets daily. Tomorrow I will be taking injection should I take CCM tablet tomorrow will it increase the dosage of Vitamin D tomorrow ????is it ok to take injection and CCM tablet on oneday??? Should I be doing exercise ,incase my bones are weak and brittle to break ??? I am a little scared to do the exercises . please suggest some vitamin D rich foods for vegetarian
