Do I need to take Tetanus injection, if I got a very minor scratch through a rusty object? There was no bleeding or pain just a minor 5 mm long scratch and only at skin level.

Good afternoon Sir, From last 4-5 days , I am having weakness like tendency and my blood pressure is also low. My Pressure, for last 4-5 days and it's fluctuating around 100/60.(20th March 100/60,  21st March 105/65,  22nd March 100/60,  24th March 105/65,  25th March 100/60) I am taking 2 medicines for Blood Pressure Olmighty 20 and CTD 6.25. Is there any need to decrease the medicines? Kindly suggest. Thank you.

Upon random blood test, we found that my wife has 160000 platelet count. Should we go for further tests. She was feeling fatigue also for some days and a red patch on skin. Otherwise she is feeling fine . No fever or infection or pain. Her vitamin D is also at 18 level.
