Hii my father age is 50 and he is having right shoulder pain and right hand fingers timmiri from several days using homeo and English medicine also but there is no relief .what is the problem and why it happens

My 15 year old son started facing high grade fever e.g. 102 once or twice in a week. For rest of other days he keeps normal without any issue. He is keeping well normally without any medical history. There is some appetite issue observed for some days. It has got decreased. He started taking lesser meal than other days.When he is provided with paracetamol 500mg temperature goes down. It has happened thrice is the last month.Pls suggest what to do. Thanks in advance.

Recently slight pain has started in both my legs. Though it's not continuous on all days but on most of the days I feel uncomfortable due to it. Ar first I thought it's due to my periods, but it's happening even after 15 days of the cycle.
