Occasionally High Grade Fever
My 15 year old son started facing high grade fever e.g. 102 once or twice in a week. For rest of other days he keeps normal without any issue. He is keeping well normally without any medical history. There is some appetite issue observed for some days. It has got decreased. He started taking lesser meal than other days.When he is provided with paracetamol 500mg temperature goes down. It has happened thrice is the last month.Pls suggest what to do. Thanks in advance.
