Daily wake up early morning with headache headache more in frontal region.this constant headache for choronocly three year daily .abdominal tightness

Early morning at 3 and once at. 3:30 in last one week I had breathe stopped for a second or two in sleep. In between sometimes after eating or drinking water unable to breathe I mean it pulls... any issues?

Recently slight pain has started in both my legs. Though it's not continuous on all days but on most of the days I feel uncomfortable due to it. Ar first I thought it's due to my periods, but it's happening even after 15 days of the cycle.
