I had CBC in which my RDW-Cv(14.5%, normal range: 11.6 to 14.0) and MCHC(35.3, normal range is 31.5 to 34.5) are slightly high. Rest all parameters are in range. My Hb is 16.5.  What does it mean. I have b12 and vit d deficiency.

Hello Doctor, I had low Vitamin D which is normal now (53ng). But from last 4 months I always wake-up dizzy in the morning with no energy at all. Blood sugar also normal 70-100mg. The blood pressure is checked several times in last 4 months and the lower number (diastolic) most of the time is 60. Done a general body check-up and everything is normal. Please advise sir.

Sir I have suffer allergies rhinitis from 2 month but not cured so nasal congestion occurs daily basis but I am a somatization disorder patients last 2 year's from initial days after taking medicine it's be cured now previous 3 month it will be more symptoms occur I consult a psychiatrist online I have suffered allergies rhinitis and also somatization disorder. When I get angry, emotional , talking too much loud or cycling on cycle chest tightness occurs also feel uneasy feeling in chest. It should feel all day I should checked my oxygen in pulse oximeter it should 100%. So I should little bit nervous that it's symptoms occur for my psychiatrist disorder cause or any heart disease bdw our family have genetic heart disease patients so I don't understand how to cure from this please help me
