From the last few days i am having pain in back of the head which come and go away repetitively and sometime when i used to drink water in a standing position my head feels throbbing sensations. Please guide me doctors is it a serious conditon or a treatable condition?

I feel muscle pain and cramps in the entire body. The vitamin d level is showing as low in the blood report. Blood report is attached.

What should I do to fight insomnia. I have been taking anxit 0.25mg. Is it harmful to take sleeping pill every night.

I got detected positive for typhi igm but rest all test came normal I had medication for typhoid for ten days til 2 nd of may now I repeated my test and igm is again positive please suggest what test I have to do and is this igm test reliable enough to consider typhoid I have one issue when ever I work or go out in sun just for an hour or so I got very bad headaches and some time pain in my center of chest just near neck why is it so got many consultation but no result as of know please explain me here so that I can go for consultation
