Sir today I realized after little research on INTERNET that tetnus vaccine (tetanus toxoid)which we get after getting wound is actually useless and will protect in next wound not current one. For current one tetanus immunoglobulin vaccine is required THEN WHY DOCS ALWAYS administer simple Tetanus toxoid vaccine? This is very common mistake in government hospitals , giving false sense of satisfaction among patients.

I have to travel to delhi is it suitable to do so now as I have to join on 1st june in New Delhi in this situation? What prevention can I take?

60yr obese no hypotensive male K/c/o hypothyroidism since 7-8 yrs.he was on thyroxin 50mcg , but due to symptoms (lethargy, weight gain, sleppiness in day time,pedal edema)& increased TSH level. He was switched to  75 mcg since 2 month. Now he is feeling chest pain radiating to left arm around ulnar boarder. Dryness of mouth & skin, Pigmentation patch over tibial shin , Should he use 75mcg now or shift to 50mcg ??

Was suffering from fever since 17 th.at first was told its viral but today was diagnosed with dengue with platelet count of 116000 yesterday i had fainted but today i feel good is it required to get hospitalized or can be treated at home..before i wasnt able to get up or move around
