I got pimple on lower back and its paining too much and there is hard skin and it just paining from 2 days

I would like to know how can we disinfect surfaces specially medicine bought, vegetables and food packets. Can sanitisers work on medicine strips and food packets made from cardboard and plastics?

Few days back , my tongue was bitten when I was eating cumin seeds (by teeths ) and now after 1 day this all started ! The part was the back of the tongue which was bitten and now have some red bump ! It hurts alot If I like to eat or drink anything. I am in huge trouble ! Please help me ! Will it go on its own ? in how many days ! Or I should make an appointment? I'm using candid mouth paint to treat it. Is it okay and what food should I have in such conditions.

Dear doc...i have been having this tingling sensation under my feet when sleeping at night...i have been having this from many years on and off..but of late it has been severe and not able to sleep at all..hardly get 2 to 3 hours of sleep altogether at night. Hello doctors, I had a scratch wound on my foot and had formed a scab over it after healing and i picked and scratcbed it again and blood oozed out and now it is open. I applied ointment bactroban on it. Is it serious? I heard now it can get infected and may cause sepsis that is fatal? Image attatched
