Can Vitamin c tablets (Eucee 500mg) can be taken for boosting immunity for 15 days daily? Is there any side effects of eating vitamin c tablets?

My age is 30. My all vitamins are low.is it safe to take multivitamins tablets ?? Kindly suggest me.

Hi I'm suffering from Gerd reflux esophagitis grade 1 the symptoms keep coming often.. I have difficulty in swallowing specially saliva when i swallow i feel something is blocking saliva to pass easily as if thick mucus/phlegm is strucked in throat.. Hi I am suffering from light fever with abdominal pain and stool issue...I have used lots of medicine as prescribed by doctors but situation didn't change but since 2 days I have high fever and some time chills...I did Widal,CBC test earlier & were normal.Doctors told me to use boiled food & drink plenty of water & I did same.i consulted one of the doctor before 3 days ago when I was low grade fever & he suggested me for stool test but I did both stool & urine My temperature sudden rises from 2 days with rare coughing I am really worried of covid so what should I do right now Please see my report

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I feel numbness in my heels until I make movement. It happens sometimes in left heel and sometine in right. Sometimes I even feel little pain in my left heel when I start walking in the morning. But later when I start walking it all goes away.My Hb is 16. No diabetes.
