Weak Immunity
How can I increase my immunity.I feel m more prone to contract the virus when I ll step outside. I am a govt servant. Plz help how cn i tk care of it. Also I have a history of pulmonary TB back in 2013. Does it make me more vulnerable?

Hello, 1. For increasing immunity you can take Multivitamin tablets such as Tab A-Z once everyday after meals. 2. You can also consume ayurvedic supplements like chawanprash which helps improve immunity. 3. Consume citrus fruits, green vegetables daily and maintain a proper healthy diet. 4. If you are a pt of cured tb then you as less likely to be any more susceptible then the rest of population however take all the precautions mentioned for Covid Use N95 mask and alcohol based sanitizer as often as needed and wash hands thoroughly with soap and water for 1 minute frequently. 5. If you experience any symptoms visit nearest hospital.
