Sun haze and heavy weakness

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had a journey yesterday afternoon and Haven't had a proper sleep due to some reasons. And I have acidity/gastric problem too. I feel soooo weak. My hands and legs a paining and I feel sleepy all the time. Can you help me out with these symptoms please.
