Hello dr , I m asking this question on behalf of my husband . He had a viral frver few days back but after that he is feeling very weak in the afternoon only ... In evening he is fine but in d morning and afternoon he feel weakness .. I gmhad taken him to thr clinic twice but they just said it is judt a weakness .. please tell me wahhat should i do
