Diabetes mellitus with nephropathy
Hello Dr...my father is at 63...and is having type 2 DM for over 10 years now... recently diagnosed with d.nephropathy...i want to know what are the health vitals like bp,hr, sugar,temp which needs to be tracked everyday or week ...do I also need to keep track of his blood urea and s.creatinine ...please tell me what are all the vitals which I should keep a track of...we have all the necessary devices at home like oximeter,bp monitor etc
