Hi from four weeks I am getting till 100 almost every evening, loss of appetite, loose motions and now maybe I am getting cough also?

Pls answer ASAP I am suffering from severe cold,cough and congestion.On consulting a doctor she said to have augmentin 625 and Sinarest but somebody from our Home bought Alkemox-CV 625 and Wikovax which have exactly same ingredient S but I am doubtful of their quality as there is reason why doc did'nt told these but the ones mentioned in start. My stomach is also upset After having these . Pls guide are these the right substitute [🚨Answer only if sure ]

I have been having little discomfort in my leg while walking, there is some burning sensation as well. Doppler scan report says no evidence of DVT. Mildly great saphenous vein with incompetent perforrator in upper third. Apart from this everything is normal. While sitting with folded leg also little discomfort is there. Dear Sir /Ma'am, Please suggest any combination medicine Telmisartan 20 and Metoprolol Succinate 25/50. Initially started with Telma then discontinued due to sinus issues then on beta blockers due to HR increase.Will there be any side effects with combination medicine. Help and assistance required.
